Born in the UK and educated in Paris, Carole has travelled extensively to acquire her business experience. She started her first business at the age of 22 and has developed sales throughout most of her career. With experience also in Customer Services as manager of a team in an American industrial firm and in the training department of an IT company in their European HQ, Carole understands the skills and attitudes required in servicing both internal and external customers. She has lived in the USA for 7 years, mainly in New York, returning to the UK in 2001.

Fi Warren-Smith

After over 15 years of working in the City, Fi Warren-Smith has extensive experience as a business development specialist working with solicitors and accountants. During that time she sat on the Board of a City law firm where she was a regular commentator on the legal profession and published articles in the national newspapers. She also ran the marketing department of a national law firm with 12 offices and a team of over 40 people, was Head of Marketing of a top 10 accountancy firm and was a regular key note speaker at conferences in the United States and in the UK. Overseeing the business development aspects of a number of mergers, including one trans-European merger, gave her considerable branding experience; dealing both with the practical aspects of a rebrand as well as the essential elements of internal and external communications. Her particular strengths were her team leadership and management skills enabling her to run very effective teams which brought significant benefits to the business, managing to reposition the business in the market enabling it to stand out from its competitors.

With a career that spans the IT, Telecoms, Advertising & Marketing, and Entertainment sector, Mark has consulted with organisations large and small to help them unlock hidden levels of performance by fostering the attitude, core behaviours and mindset that underpin success. Mark lives in Abingdon, Oxfordshire, where he enjoys nature and the local wildlife. Mark is a keen cyclist and squash player, and describes himself as "environmentally very aware".

Anne Guidera
Business Consultant
Having started her career at BP Oil, followed by NatWest Bank, Anne then spent many years forging a successful career in the international film industry, most recently heading up the Feature Film Sales Department for Kodak Ltd., with clients including major US Film Studios and UK and European film production companies. She travelled extensively with her work in Europe and further afield generating new business and promoting the Kodak brand. Throughout her career she has been committed to developing and supporting new film-makers from the UK and Ireland and has run many practical training courses all over the British Isles encouraging new talent to turn their ideas into reality.
Anne joined the Dale Carnegie team in 2009 and is now working in partnership with companies to achieve greater business results through raising the level of performance of their teams and individuals. Anne lives with her husband in Hertfordshire. They share a passion for horse-racing and in particular visiting race tracks all over the world.
