Born in the UK and educated in Paris, Carole has travelled extensively to acquire her business experience. She started her first business at the age of 22 and has developed sales throughout most of her career. With experience also in Customer Services as manager of a team in an American industrial firm and in the training department of an IT company in their European HQ, Carole understands the skills and attitudes required in servicing both internal and external customers.

She has lived in the USA for 7 years, mainly in New York, returning to the UK in 2001.

Mark Sharratt is a management consultant, executive coach and motivational speaker with a research and consulting background in organisational performance.

With a career that spans the IT, Telecoms, Advertising & Marketing, and Entertainment sector, Mark has consulted with organisations large and small to help them unlock hidden levels of performance by fostering the attitude, core behaviours and mindset that underpin success.

Today, Mark divides his time between consulting with organisations to achieve sustainable performance shifts, and coaching business leaders to achieve new levels of personal performance.

Mark lives in Abingdon, Oxfordshire, where he enjoys nature and the local wildlife. Mark is a keen cyclist and squash player, and describes himself as "environmentally very aware".
